FREQUENT GUEST POLICY
Like the airlines, we also have a Frequent Stayer Policy; the more times you stay, the bigger the discount. Depending on the number of stays, the following discounts will apply:

If you refer a friend, we will regard that as a stay by you. Make sure that your friend informs us of the referral.

LONGER STAYS
For longer stays, such as for two or three weeks, then we offer free night or nights which reflects the saving to us through not having the apartment unoccupied. Similarly, for reservations made less than 28 days before rental, a discount may be negotiable. For more information email us at enquiries@annandalepalmcove.com.au

If you have some flexibility with your travel dates, review our Availability Charts. If you can arrange your stay in such a way as to assist us in maximizing occupancy (such as filling a blank slot, or with no vacancy period at either end of your stay) we can probably offer a discount. Contact Us for more details.

The above text and table is intended to illustrate our policy, rather than to set down hard and fast rules. Clearly there will be situations such as a frequent guest who stays long periods, in which case we will customize the rate accordingly. Because of the need to customize rates, they are not automatically included in the price that you see when you go into our booking system. They will only be finalized when you Contact Us.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • more than 15 days before rental start date – fully refundable except for a $50 admin. fee
  • less than 15 days but more than 5 days before rental start date – 50% of total cost refunded
  • less than 5 days before rental start date – forfeit full cost of stay

The above is the official cancellation policy which has been put in place to avoid spurious bookings; in fact we are very liberal with changes of dates and cancellations for a good reason. We have only ever charged the administration fee once.
