Annandale Apartments Palm Cove - Apartments Overview - High Quality Apartments with the Best Location in the Resort

We have many competitors who lease holiday apartments in Mantra Amphora Resort, but we compete more on quality than on price. While we try to ensure that our prices are competitive, quality is our main concern. We take reservations directly rather than through agents which helps us to remain competitive.

We should advise that there are no lifts in the Mantra Amphora Resort – nor are there any in any of the newer resorts in Palm Cove; the reason for this is that apartment blocks with more than three levels are required to have lifts which substantially add to overheads.

We offer accommodation in two dual key two bedroom apartments. These apartments are identical; one located on the second floor of the resort and the other directly below it on the first floor. Each of these can be rented in the following configurations.

A one bedroom apartment with a king size bed in the bedroom and a pull down double bed in the living/lounge area. The apartment includes a full sized kitchen with top quality fittings, European appliances (refrigerator, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave) with a full compliment of small appliances, cooking and dinnerware; a full size bathroom with top quality fittings, bath and shower; and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Full width glass doors open onto large balcony with patio dining set and views of lagoon pool, Palm Cove beach and the Coral Sea.

A luxury hotel spa room (also referred to as a ‘studio’ room) with a king size bed that can be made into two single beds upon request. Includes bar fridge, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities and toaster. Full size bathroom with spa bath,separate shower and quality fittings. Full width glass doors open onto balcony with patio dining set and views of lagoon pool, Palm Cove Beach and Coral Sea.

As adjoining units, they can be rented together to form a two bedroom dual key apartment with two king beds (or one king bed and two singles), two bathrooms and a pull down double bed in the living/lounge area. Whatever your requirements we are sure you will enjoy your holiday in our apartments.

A floorplan of the apartments can be viewed on this page. The apartments are among the very best in the Amphora Resort with good pool and partial beach views from all apartments. This is unusual in the Amphora Resort especially for the hotel rooms which usually look out onto other buildings, car-parks etc.
