BOOKING POLICIES
- Minimum three nights stay (although less may be accepted within 14 days of rental)
- Payments by inter-bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Deposit on booking: One night’s stay
- Balance of payment – must be made by 15 days before arrival, or on booking if booking is made within 15 days of arrival
CANCELLATION CHARGES
- more than 15 days before rental start date: fully refundable except $50 administration fee
- less than 15 days but more than 5 days before rental start: 50% of total cost of stay
- less than 5 days before rental start: forfeit full cost of stay.
