Palm Cove was the best part of our holiday and we enjoy the environment, outlook, comfort and facilities at the apt.
We very much hope we can return again and even make it perhaps a visit every year rather than every 2nd year as at present.

I meant to contact you earlier, but you know what it's like getting back to work after a holiday....
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my stay in the hotel room at Palm Cove. Despite not seeing the sun for a single one(!) of the 9 days I was there, I couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. The security, the quiet location, the "glimpses" of the sea, the lovely large balcony and having everything there (umbrella, toaster etc) was just great.
I'm not sure whether there's an exhaust fan in the bathroom - if there is I couldn't hear it.
I've been recommending it to friends as a great place to stay. Do you have 2/3 bedroom apartments on your list as well? I had occasion to speak to the person who does the cleaning (name?) and found her very friendly and helpful too. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you.

Just a quick note to say many thanks. We had a fabulous break at Palm Cove and loved our accommdation and the resort. It was so tranquil and relaxing and your attention to detail is terrific, we were wanting for nothing plus Lee was extremely hospitable.
Many thanks for letting us take advatage of the late check out time. My health is not too good so that certainly made travelling much easier.
I'm sure we'll be back.

I have travelled quite extensively and was extremely impressed with the accommodation and the way everything was handled from the booking arrangements through to the accommodation and its presentation for us upon arrival. It was terrific and made our trip very easy (we really didnt want to come home!!).

Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Palm Cove. Our
holiday started well because as we entered the complex and then the
apartment both were even better than we had expected from the web site
information. We were very pleased with the standard of accommodation and its location.
Next month we will begin to arrange our holiday for 2008 and our intention
is to return to Palm Cove again for 3 weeks for the last week in September
and the 1st 2 in October. We would very much like to stay in the apartment
again and will contact you in the next few weeks to see if this is possible.

We had a fabulous time in your apartment, which we believe to be in one of the best locations of the resort as we had the glimpse of the ocean
through the trees and yet was private from most of the other rooms in the resort. We travel quite a few times a year and usually I find things
that annoy me in an apartment but never had that problem with yours. The only thing we ourselves and quite a few other guests where surprised
at was the lack of a BBQ area in the resort. When you are away that long you can get sick of restuarants every night and no one wanted to go
to the beach to cook one.( might pay to mention to management as I'm sure they could find an area for one.) The grounds are impeccably
maintained and your cleaner is a delight. We will be sure to mention your apartment to friends and I did tell others at the resort to go
directly with you in future and told them how to find you.

Just back in Ballarat and wanted to let you know that your glorious apartment provided us with the most spectacular of holidays. It is really a magnificently appointed apartment and we loved the fact that we had both lagoon pool and beach views from the balconies. The girls couldn't decide between the pool or the beach... and we couldn't decide where to have the next cocktail or eat the next fabulous meal - such choices! It was truly relaxing...

We had a fantastic holiday. We checked out quite a few other apartments
and we believe yours is close to tops. It has a great position, almost
new, clean and all facilities. Lee was very accommodating and it was good
to have 2.00 check out.

recommended your apartments to a number of people and we will start saving
for another break next year.

We had five days of beautiful sunshine and we really enjoyed the relaxed
atmosphere of Palm Cove. Coming down to Sydney's faster pace last weekend

had a magnificent time in the pool - we could barely get them out for
their meals! We bumped into Lee a couple of times and she was lovely -

Just a quick note to say we had a most enjoyable break at your apartment
in Palm Cove. The view was an unexpected bonus, and having breakfast every
morning on the balcony overlooking the Coral Sea is sorely missed! We
had friends staying at the Outrigger Beach Club - and I have to say it
was lovely to come back to the Amphora pool in peace and quiet with so
many spots in sun or shade to laze away the afternoon.
We hope we'll be back!

advise me on figures/viability etc.
By the way,we liked Palm Cove better than Port Douglas.
